This two-day virtual summit is designed for healthcare professionals and administrators in the areas of patient experience; patient relations; language services; risk management; and diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA). Participants will be given a variety of tools, strategies and best practices to improve communication access, drive systemic change and, ultimately, improve the patient experience for Deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind and late-deafened individuals.
